Description
Repair kit for the hinge and hydraulic cylinder, almost each is damaged, one more or less the other.
The set regenerates the attachment of the cylinder to the hinge and the tailgate hinge.
Symptoms of a malfunction (if they occur in your car, set # 1 is dedicated to your problem):
- curved bolt,
- falling cylinder from the pin,
- resistant flap,
- looseness on the lower mounting of the actuator to the flap hinge.
Set contains:
- replacement instructions
- a device for knocking the bushing out of the actuator,
- sleeve (optional – oversized for extremely worn actuators),
- device for inserting a new sleeve into the actuator,
- distances of 2 pieces,
- security ring.
